Spooner Boards have a lifetime guarantee against breakage. A broken Spooner Board will be replaced at no charge with emailed photograph proof. Please email your order number and photos to [email protected].
If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 30 day return policy. Board must be returned in same condition it was purchased.
Once we receive your email, we will send you a shipping return label. Attach the label to the sealed box and drop off the sealed box with the Spooner at your nearest UPS drop. Once we receive the return, we will process the credit back to your credit card. Thank you!
